Hölle hits 50

June 5, 2025

Hölle Games, the start-up studio from Berlin, have reached an impressive milestone - the new release of Fruitferno 20 is their 50th game!

Founded in 2021, the company first acquired an MGA licence along with ISO 27001 certification, before serving up their first course of solid slots for select operators. Since then they’ve been building a strong portfolio of both classic and modern themed titles, such as Hellish Seven, Holla die Waldfee, Geilomat, Sierra Nuggets and God of Taranis to name just a few.

Demonstrating their high level of compliance standards, they’ve acquired multiple licences in other regulated European markets as they’ve expanded across the continent.

Despite this they maintain a team committed to their home market, having popularised the “Bonus Spin” mechanic in Germany, and with consistent releases that are a touchpoint to German culture and history.

With a growing team of industry veterans, prospects are bright for Hölle Games.

Robert Lenzhofer, CEO of Hölle Games said:

“It’s been an amazing journey so far and I am extremely excited for the next few years. We’ve built an exceptional team, and we’re also grateful to those who’ve been there each step of the way. I look forward to further strengthening our partnerships and portfolio as we take Hölle to 100!”

About Hölle Games

Hölle Games is a new, independent ‘Made in Germany’ video slots studio. Both MGA and ISO 27001 certified, they provide ‘Classic’ games German players love, such as Fruits, Bells XL and Höllische Sieben, while also producing a ‘Premium’ series of slots with unique artwork and cutting-edge game concepts, often carrying distinctive German product names that most Germans will instantly recognise, such as “Holla die Waldfee”.  Furthermore, Hölle Games has produced a new and unique game mechanic called “Bonus Spin”, a player friendly and compliant solution for the German tax regulation, which they have invited other studios to freely use.

Besides being a games-company, Hölle Games is also a technology company and as such they do offer their in-house built Remote Gaming Server (RGS), called "Hinterzimmer", as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution, to allow anyone to develop real money casino-games.
